Forklift Operator

About the role

Join us as a Forklift Operator in Pryor and help bring materials to life in a workplace where health and safety always come first.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and perform daily equipment checks
• Handle inventory tasks, cycle counts, and quality checks
• Maintain clean, organized work areas
• Support staging, loading, and shipping of raw materials and finished products
• Work with a mix of electric (straight forks, box clamps, stand-up lifts) and propane (large roll clamps) equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Forklift experience required; SAP and safety training preferred
• Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
• Strong teamwork, communication, and positive attitude
• Commitment to quality, safety, and attendance
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and required overtime

Pay

Starting pay for Forklift Operator: $21.30 approximately after 6 months, increasing pay up to $22.62/hour as you gain skills and certifications

Schedule

Schedule: 4 On 4 Off - OVERNIGHT (7PM to 7AM) 12hr shifts.
