This role is vital to the success of our Relogistics site!
Responsibilities
- Moving pallets and other materials through the warehouse
- Supporting production requirements in different areas
- Loading and unloading customer trailers
- Sorting pallets by hand
- Repairing damaged wooden pallets by hand
Requirements
- Forklift certification preferred
- 1-3 years of forklift experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, welding, roofing, and/or construction
- Willingness to work in a labor-intensive environment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
Skills
- Operate forklifts with extreme care
- Adhere to company safety procedures
- Hand-sort pallets
- Use a nail gun to repair wooden pallets
