About the role
Perform warehousing duties to ensure food quality, food safety, and personnel safety are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to GMP’s, Food Safety Policies, and Occupational Safety Policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Operate forklift to stage, store, load, and unload materials required for Production.
- Report Food Safety, Quality, and Occupational Safety concerns to area leads and shift lead.
- Maintain the warehouse and freezer in a clean and obstacle-free condition.
- Closely understand and adhere to all Shipping & Receiving procedures, including allergen separation, product identification, and cleaning and sanitation.
- Assist Warehouse Manager with physical inventory counts.
- Break down pallets as necessary.
- Perform sanitation duties and Master Cleaning Schedule duties as needed.
- Make process improvement suggestions.
- Properly dispose of waste material and used packaging supplies.
- Record quality data such as weights, lot numbers, temperature checks, etc., as directed by the Warehouse Manager or Quality Department.
- Assist other employees as needed to complete tasks.

- Detail-oriented and attentive.
- Proficient in mathematics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-developed sense of personal initiative.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
