Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to OSHA standards and work methods.
• Load, unload, stock, and stage products, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring correct quantities and damage-free products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through record-keeping, reporting variances, and assisting in physical inventories.
• Ensure proper stock rotation, safety, and compliance with good manufacturing practices.
• Cook up with departments like Customer Service, Transportation, and Maintenance.
• Perform safety checks, report unsafe conditions, and enforce safety rules.
• Follow all safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications & Skills

• A high school diploma or GED, with three or more years of related experience or training.
• Ability to complete post-hire assessments and obtain necessary equipment certifications.
• Comfortable wearing PPE and following safety procedures.
