Forklift Operator - 2 Shifts Available

About the role

We’re looking for energetic, safety-minded Forklift Operators to join our operations team. This vital role keeps production running smoothly and ensures customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers in support of production teams.
• Follow all safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents every shift.
• Hand-sort pallets according to product specifications and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Practice “Clean as You Go” to keep the workspace safe and organized.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 70 lbs and repetitive motions throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred; training and certification provided if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Schedule

• Tuesday – Friday: 3:30 pm – 2:00 am
• Saturday – Monday: 5:00 pm – 5:00 am

Pay

$20 – $20.50 per hour
