FORKLIFT OPERATOR - 1ST SHIFT (Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, United States, 17325)

About the role

This is first shift position working Monday to Thursday from 4am to 2:30pm at the Rt. 30 location.

Responsibilities

- Operates various powered industrial trucks to transport work in progress or finished product. - Removes and empties scrap and waste containers. - Documents and tracks simple inventory of work in process. - Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor. - Follows standard operating and safety procedures. - Keeps area safe, clean and organized. - Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - 0 -1 year previous manufacturing/production experience. - Prior forklift operating experience required.

Pay

Hourly rate of pay is $22.28.
