Forklift Operator (1st shift)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to ensure smooth warehouse operations
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets accurately and efficiently
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels, and count discrepancies
• Replenish products in designated bays promptly and accurately
• Tackle other duties as assigned within your training and expertise

Requirements

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
• Battery and propane safety training/certification preferred
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliability and punctuality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols

Pay

$20.28 per hour with a bi-weekly productivity bonus

Schedule

1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
