Forklift Operator, 1st shift

We are looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our Frankfort, IN plant.

Schedule

1st shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

Pay

Competitive salary, plus up to $1.00/hr increase after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Use forklift or walkie rider to pick, ship, and/or receive products timely.
• Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
• Retrieve or put away material using a sit-down industrial forklift.
• Ensure that all finished product meets quality standards.
• Ready and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work closely with all departments in the facility, including Production and Maintenance.

Requirements

• Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.
• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Proficient operation of forklift and walkie rider (driving test will be given at interview).
