About the role

We are seeking a safety‑conscious Forklift Operator in Kenosha, WI to support our distribution process. The operator will ensure efficient movement and management of materials critical to outdoor power equipment manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team to safely handle materials essential for manufacturing.
• Precisely handle raw materials and parts, storing them in designated locations.
• Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment proficiently.
• Maintain strict adherence to standard work procedures for consistency and quality.
• Assist team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Record essential information in compliance with standard work protocols.
• Load and unload materials and units onto trucks as needed.
• Enter material movement data into the AS/400 system for accurate tracking.
• Deliver the right parts in correct quantities to assembly cells or work centers punctually.
• Offload incoming products and transfer them to designated storage locations.
• Provide support for set‑up duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate across departments to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills within a team and across organizational levels.
• Physical endurance to stand for extended periods (often >8 hours per day).
• Manual dexterity for accurate part positioning.
• Ability to lift objects up to 35 lb at varying frequencies.
• Strict compliance with required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Team‑oriented mindset fostering a cooperative work environment.
• Proven experience operating forklifts and other material‑handling equipment; stand‑up and reach‑truck experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay

Starting at $22.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
