Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate degree or completion of a service technician training program preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in industrial equipment repair
- Must have your own tools
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and how to operate a tablet

Responsibilities
- Perform service repairs on forklifts and other related material handling items and industrial equipment
- Analyze and diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs
- Fill out service tickets and time cards daily according to established procedures
- Read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate a service van safely and maintain a clean workspace
- Identify and replace needed parts
- Explain issues clearly and provide valuable advice
- Ensure timely and proper repairs
- Perform planned maintenance on forklifts and related equipment
- Keep accurate records and adhere to company guidelines
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Skills
- Good understanding of engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems
- Able to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid drivers license
- Basic computer knowledge with Microsoft Office
Pay
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
