Responsibilities

• Operate powered forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries.
• Move materials to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks.
• Unload trucks of incoming shipments and verify using packing slips.
• Break down and organize incoming shipments by part number and box count.
• Deliver boxes, pallets, and raw material to designated areas.
• Perform duties including emptying chip totes and unloading/loading chip bins for Sims Recycling.
• Additional duties as directed.

Requirements

• Certified to operate forklift/reach truck at current or previous company.
• Detail-oriented and focused.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of previous experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

• Production/manufacturing environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Requires walking, standing, bending, and lifting for long periods.
• Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on a computer.
