About the role
Forklift Openings | Northwood, OH1st, 2nd and 3rd shift
We’re hiring now for a growing automotive supplier in Northwood. This facility is a division of Magna and is busy, expanding, and needs dependable people immediately. These are high-demand roles with strong earning potential from day one.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move materials and finished automotive parts safely and efficiently
- Support production lines by keeping materials flowing without delays
- Inspect loads and ensure product quality standards are met
- Follow all safety procedures and plant guidelines
- Keep up in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Requirements
- Ability to work 8 to 12-hour shifts, 5 to 6 days per week depending on department
- 2-3 years of automotive forklift experience REQUIRED
- Strong focus, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to stay productive in a fast-moving environment
- Consistent attendance and punctuality—this team depends on you
- Nicotine-free candidates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid/CPR certification preferred
