Forepersons

CentiMark Corporation, a national leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has exceptional opportunities for experienced Forepersons in the Seattle, WA territory. This role offers solid career opportunities with fantastic growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a crew of 6 to 8 people
• Ensure the crew operates to optimize safety, service, and quality measures

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in general roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with Single Ply, EPDM, PVC, and TPO (a plus)
• Valid state driver’s license (in good standing)
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• 18 years of age or older
• Able to work Saturday and/or Sunday, if needed
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass pre-employment drug test
• Reliable transportation
• Bilingual (a plus)

Pay

$35–$42 an hour
