Forensics and Litigation Services Director or Managing Director
About the role
Weaver is seeking a Director or Managing Director to join our Forensic and Litigation Services practice, specifically to grow the personal injury practice. The ideal candidate will lead and expand the local personal injury practice, handle lost earnings claims and present value of life care plans, and develop work plans and reports.
Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the local personal injury practice
- Build and analyze lost earnings claims and present value of life care plans
- Put together testing procedures and develop work plans, reports, and presentations
- Work closely with leadership to execute plans effectively
- Manage, mentor, and develop junior staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business, or Finance or related field
- CPA and/or CFEP
- Significant experience in personal injury and/or employment litigation
- Proven ability to establish relationships, acquire new business, and prepare engagement proposals
- Experience supervising small teams
- Experience in managing, mentoring, and developing staff
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in forensic investigations, dispute resolution, and litigation support services (preferred)
