We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's parse the posting. Key parts: - Intro: "Are you looking to begin a career in the world of forensic science? Do you have great time management and communication skills? The Utah Public Health Laboratory is looking for a motivated individual to fill their role of Forensic Toxicology Laboratory Technician." - FT/PT Status – Full-Time - Benefits Eligibility – This position is eligible for a full benefits package. - Salary – $20.15 - $30.92 Hourly Wage - Remote Work / In-Office – In-Office / On-Site - Recruiter – Ashlee Adams | ashleeadams@utah.gov | 385-538-4235 - Application Deadline – 9/20/2026* (but we drop application instructions? The instruction says remove application instructions. The deadline is part of application instructions? Probably we should drop it as it's application instruction. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove the Application Deadline line and recruiter contact? Recruiter contact maybe also considered application instruction? It's contact info for recruiter; might be considered application instruction. Safer to drop it. However we need to preserve substantive information like location, benefits, schedule, pay, responsibilities, qualifications, etc. The recruiter contact is not essential for job description; it's application instruction. So drop. - Key Responsibilities: then a long paragraph with many duties. - Supplemental Information: includes immunization policy, fingerprint background check, safety precautions. - Qualifications: Minimum or "day-one" qualifications: Familiarity with biological matrices clinical testing techniques; Secondary education (bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field, at or near completion). - Preferred Or Trainable/on-the-job Qualifications: Prior experience in a clinical or forensic lab environment; Familiarity with clinical/toxicology lab reports and data; Experience with forensic chain of custody; Familiarity with instrumentations used at the laboratory such as GC/MS and LCMSMS systems. - Time Management Skills Works well in a team environment Ability to travel within the state Good communication skills - About The Role: Location – 4431 South 2700 West Taylorsville, Utah, 84129 United States; Background Check Required – Yes; Drug Test Required – No; Schedule Code – B - Competitive Career Service - Why You Should Join Our Team Benefits: paragraph about work/life balance; then list of benefits: Job Stability, Career Growth, Meaningful Work, Supportive Work Environment. - The Agency For more information, Click Here (boilerplate, drop) - EEO Statement (drop) We need to create sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. About the role: location, maybe background check, drug test, schedule code? But schedule code maybe goes to Schedule section. Background check maybe goes to Requirements? Could be under Requirements. But we need to follow typical sections: About the role could include location, maybe brief description. We have location and maybe schedule code? But schedule code is more schedule. Responsibilities: the long list of duties. Requirements: maybe minimum qualifications? But we also have Qualifications section separate. The instructions list both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to decide what to put in each. Usually Requirements are mandatory qualifications; Qualifications could be preferred. But we have both minimum and preferred. We could put minimum under Requirements, preferred under Qualifications. Or we could combine. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can include those headings if we have content. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to include Pay section if posting states salary. Yes: Salary – $20.15 - $30.92 Hourly Wage. So Pay section. Schedule section: we have Schedule Code – B - Competitive Career Service. Also maybe mention In-Office/On-Site. So we can include schedule. Benefits section: we have benefits eligibility full benefits package, plus list of benefits (Job Stability, Career Growth, Meaningful Work, Supportive Work Environment). Also mention work/life balance. Skills section: we have time management skills, communication skills, ability to travel within state, works well in team environment. Also maybe familiarity with biological matrices etc. But those are qualifications. We'll put skills like time management, communication, teamwork, travel. Now we need to format lists with
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Forensic Toxicology Laboratory Technician. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to ensure we include all substantive info from posting, except boilerplate. Let's extract substantive info: - Intro sentences: "Are you looking to begin a career in the world of forensic science? Do you have great time management and communication skills? The Utah Public Health Laboratory is looking for a motivated individual to fill their role of Forensic Toxicology Laboratory Technician." This is prose; could go under About the role maybe. - FT/PT Status – Full-Time (maybe under Schedule? Or About the role). Could be under Schedule or About the role. Since we have Schedule section, we can put Full-Time there. - Benefits Eligibility – This position is eligible for a full benefits package. (Benefits section) - Salary – $20.15 - $30.92 Hourly Wage (Pay) - Remote Work / In-Office – In-Office / On-Site (Schedule/About the role). Could be under Schedule. - Recruiter contact (drop) - Application Deadline (drop) - Key Responsibilities: long list (Responsibilities) - Supplemental Information: immunization policy, fingerprint background check, safety precautions. This is maybe under Requirements or About the role. Could be under Requirements (minimum qualifications). We'll include as part of Requirements. - Qualifications: Minimum: Familiarity with biological matrices clinical testing techniques; Secondary education (bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field, at or near completion). (Requirements) - Preferred: Prior experience in a clinical or forensic lab environment; Familiarity with clinical/toxicology lab reports and data; Experience with forensic chain of custody; Familiarity with instrumentations used at the laboratory such as GC/MS and LCMSMS systems. (Qualifications) - Time Management Skills Works well in a team environment Ability to travel within the state Good communication skills (Skills) - About The Role: Location – 4431 South 2700 West Taylorsville, Utah, 84129 United States; Background Check Required – Yes; Drug Test Required – No; Schedule Code – B - Competitive Career Service. (About the role includes location, background check, drug test, schedule code? But schedule code maybe schedule.) - Why You Should Join Our Team Benefits: paragraph about work/life balance; list of benefits: Job Stability, Career Growth, Meaningful Work, Supportive Work Environment. (Benefits) - The Agency For more information, Click Here (drop) - EEO Statement (drop) Now we need to avoid duplication. For example, background check appears both in Supplemental Information and About The Role. We should include it once. We'll include under About the role maybe. Schedule Code – B - Competitive Career Service: we can put under Schedule. Full-Time status: under Schedule. In-Office/On-Site: under Schedule. Now we need to decide which sections to include. We will have:
