Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site operations to ensure timely project completion.
- Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and manage resources, including materials, tools, and labor.
- Inspect work progress and resolve any on-site challenges promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and other relevant parties.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Foreman/Working Superintendent should have:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
