Foreman - Utilities Construction

Duties And Responsibilities

• Complete all phases within labor, material and equipment budgets
• Provide direction and set production goals for the crew
• Accurately and timely complete daily reports including crew time cards, production, redlines
• Identify and report any changes in scope to Project Supervisor or Project Manager
• Maintain productivity and propose corrective actions to meet budgeted timelines
• Inform the Project Supervisor of project progress
• Understand and adhere to the contractual scope of work for each party
• Safeguard personal, technical, and supervisory skills through personal development plans and trainings
• Safeguard assigned projects under a zero incident safety culture
• Participate in safety training as required by position
• Manage paperwork and maintain records as needed

Essential Education And Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret job specifications and orders
• Proficiency in using computers and electronic devices to monitor production and submit reports and time sheets
• Experience in underground utilities construction industry
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions

• Physically fit to endure daily activity requirements
• Capable of working in all weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds
