Discover a more connected career At Lambert's Cable , as a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team, you’ll lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. You’ll ensure everyone is following safety protocols and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Qualifications

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level; operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze; fine hand motion; bend; stoop; stand; walk; climb stairs; lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
