Responsibilities
- Frequently perform some or all of the laborer, operator, and carpenter work tasks.
- Climb, bend, and kneel as part of job duties.
- Work both daytime and nighttime hours.
- Safely operate company vehicles and equipment.
- Considered safety sensitive position.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Experience in construction management or related field preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations.
