Position Overview

Lead field operations for residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects
Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and to company standards
Serve as the primary leader on-site, setting expectations for quality and productivity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct installers and subcontractors on-site
• Review project scope and plans prior to execution
• Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays
• Ensure quality standards are consistently met
• Detailed carpentry/measuring skills
• Communicate daily with the Project Manager regarding job progress
• Document progress and issues through field reporting tools and software
• Clock in/out system access
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure materials are available and ready

Qualifications

• Experience in residential kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling
• Working knowledge of cabinetry, trim, and finish carpentry
• Ability to read and interpret plans and project scope
• Proven ability to lead and manage field teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Reliable and accountable work ethic
