Foreman - Pipe

Responsibilities

• Communicates with team about job expectations
• Aids in planning the work, including providing backup plans for unexpected changes
• Pre-plans and organizes schedule for work on jobsite
• Tech-savvy in Igel software (Plangrid, HeavyJob, Bluebeam, etc)
• Handles confrontation and de-escalates potential problems on a jobsite
• Communicates production goals and safety hazards to field personnel
• Reports all safety and equipment incidents in accordance with Company policy
• Represents the Company in alignment with its mission, vision, and values
• Adheres to and enforces all company policies and procedures
• Has job skills as required by specific specialty
• Recognizes and mitigates construction work's impact on stormwater and soil erosion
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Passes a drug test
• Completes OSHA 30-Hour Training Course
• Standard First Aid/CPR Certifications
• Basic computer skills with electronic device usage
