About the role

HPC‑Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Clute, TX is seeking an Industrial Services Foreman / Crew Lead. The IS Foreman oversees two or more crews, planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating daily operations of the service line crew. Responsibilities include proper equipment operation, driving operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, maintaining compliance with company policies, and delivering quality industrial cleaning services. This position is a great opportunity for transitioning military personnel to leverage their skills in a civilian environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety by following policies, processes, and acting safely at all times.
• Promote HPC‑Industrial’s safety, environmental, and operations policies.
• Manage a crew to safely and accurately complete HPC‑Industrial operations.
• Complete and review paperwork documenting work functions in a timely manner.
• Train and develop equipment technicians (approximately 5% of the crew).
• Interact professionally with customers, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum‑truck services.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of hydro‑blasting and vacuum‑truck equipment operation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and current certification as an authorized HPC‑Industrial driver.
• Mechanical aptitude; experience troubleshooting HPC‑Industrial equipment is preferred.
• Ability to wear protective clothing/equipment (e.g., Nomex coveralls, hard hat, breathing mask, etc.).
• Ability to work under extreme climate conditions (high heat, high humidity, or sub‑zero weather).
• Ability to withstand exposure to dust, chemicals, fumes, exhaust, and highly pressurized fluids.
