About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide planning, direction, control, and supervision of the field crew to accomplish assigned projects efficiently while ensuring a high standard of quality. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Leads construction crew to complete projects on schedule and budget.
- Pours concrete foundations, installs underground conduit, pulls wire, and installs traffic signal poles and/or streetlight poles with luminaires.
- Operates mini excavator, bucket truck, and pole truck.
- Delegates daily work to crew members and supervises assignments.
- Ensures compliance with safety rules and regulations.
- Prepares field reporting, including daily foreman’s reports, safety reports, and timecards.
- Ensures all company policies are consistently followed by personnel.
- Ensures quality construction standards and proper construction techniques.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- IMSA Level I & II certification.
- Able to operate a bucket truck, pole truck, and mini excavator.
- Able to read and understand construction plans.
- Experience in crew management, planning, and supervision.
