Foreman Electrical - Melbourne

About the role

The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical construction projects. They will ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage electrical construction projects
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures
• Interpret plans, specifications, and product data
• Job scheduling, QA processes, and labor production tracking
• Define daily goals to the crew and follow up on progress

Requirements

• Eight or more years of electrical experience
• Excellent understanding of NEC Code requirements and OSHA safe work practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A valid Florida State or County Journeyman or Master Electrician license

Qualifications

• Proven experience with job scheduling, QA processes and labor production tracking
• Proven ability to clearly define daily goals to the crew, and consistently follow up on progress
• Proven ability to interpret plans, specifications, and product data

Skills

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The wage range for this position is $30/hr - $35/hr based on experience and qualifications.
