Electrical Foreman

About the role

We are seeking a decisive Electrical Foreman to join our employee-owned company in the Southeast. This full-time position works across Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, and Federal projects as part of a growing team. The role requires hands-on leadership in outdoor construction environments with a strong focus on safety and project management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise field employees on electrical construction or service projects.
• Collaborate with other trades to ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and policies.
• Ensure efficient project completion in accordance with building codes and safety standards.
• Supervision and leadership of electrical crews.
• Production control and cost management.
• Waste elimination and customer satisfaction.
• Safety and hazard recognition/elimination.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of electrical construction experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience may substitute for formal education.
• Positive safety attitude and personal integrity.
• Valid driver’s license and insured personal transportation required.

Skills

• Working knowledge of construction disciplines, contract documents, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, and engineering drawings.
• Analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective supervision and evaluation of craft performance.
• Ability to manage and lead electrical crews.
• Willingness to work overtime, long hours, and travel as required.
