Foreman Crew Lead Industrial Services

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Longview, TX is seeking an Industrial Services Foreman to join a safety-conscious team.

About the role

The Foreman Crew Lead oversees two or more crews by planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating daily operations. Responsibilities include ensuring proper equipment operation, driving operational efficiencies, maintaining accurate job documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also focuses on maintaining strong customer relations through quality and timely industrial cleaning services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by following policies, processes, and acting safely at all times.
• Promote HPC-Industrial’s safety, environmental, and operational policies.
• Manage crews to safely and accurately complete HPC-Industrial operations.
• Complete and review paperwork documenting work functions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Train and develop equipment technicians (5% of role focused on HPC-Industrial equipment technicians).
• Interact with customers professionally, exhibiting excellent communication and human relation skills.
• Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable service in the industrial cleaning industry.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of equipment used in Hydroblasting and vacuum truck operations.
• Current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment (preferred).

Qualifications

• Must be able to wear protective clothing or equipment, including Nomex coveralls, back belt, slicker suits, rubber boots, fresh air breathing mask, escape pack, and hard hat.
• Must be able to work under extreme climate conditions (e.g., excessive heat index of 95+°F, 98% humidity, and subzero temperatures).
• Must withstand exposure to dust (chemical and environmental), fumes (chemical and fluids), exhaust, and highly pressurized fluids.
