Foreman

Long-term position at the Roxboro Fossil Plant in Roxboro, NC. No per diem or relocation fees provided.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of assigned personnel.
• Augment and support assigned personnel in areas requiring additional assistance and during high work demand.
• Conduct and document focused observations of work activities for safety and operational improvement opportunities.
• Provide direct coordination between client personnel and work group to understand daily and weekly work scope.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities contained within the job descriptions for supervised personnel.
• Notify management of need for repairs.
• Conduct and actively participate in Pre-Job and Safety Briefings.
• Follow established safe work practices.
• Use administrative documents, procedures, data sheets/forms properly.
• Climb and work from ladders and scaffolding if necessary.
• Capable of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screen.
• 1 year of foreman experience.

Pay

Base pay is estimated at $32 an hour, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills.
