About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Production Foreman to join our team. Responsibilities

• Lead a commercial roofing crew with 3-5 years of commercial roofing experience
• Assist team with coaching, development, and monitoring of all team members
• Oversee all aspects of the assignment, including knowledge of multiple roofing systems and equipment
• Set up for efficiency and safety, including pre-inspection of sites to ensure all warning/safety guidelines are in place
• Perform roof inspections upon work completion prior to Manufacturer’s Inspection
• Lift 50-100 pounds throughout the day and safely set up ladders up to 40 feet
• Ensure proper PPE is utilized at all times
• Maintain and exceed all Company Safety, Quality, and Production procedures
• Keep sites clean and free from hazards
• Adhere to all quality processes and safety policies

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 3-5 years of commercial roofing experience
• 2+ years of leading a commercial roofing crew
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Able to climb stairs and ladders, and maintain balance at heights
• Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
• Stoop, bend, work on knees, and crawl
• Verbally communicate and understand objectives
• Work in extreme weather conditions
• Comfortable with hand and power tools
• Punctual and dependable attendance
