The Foreman is responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work adheres to safety standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises a team of skilled laborers and subcontractors.
• Ensures adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Manages project timelines and budgets, coordinating with clients and contractors.
• Communicates effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
