Foreman

About the role

We are hiring an experienced and motivated Foreman to lead our playground installation crew. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee all aspects of installation projects—from coordinating materials and personnel to ensuring exceptional quality and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Drive required materials, equipment, and personnel to the job site daily.
• Organize, supervise, lead, and train employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframes.
• Manage crews to achieve high-quality workmanship, efficiency, and strong team morale.
• Ensure adherence to company safety standards at all times.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment including power tools, skid steer loaders, and levels, to complete project tasks.
• Complete necessary paperwork, including time slips and daily reports.

Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience in construction or a related field.
• Proficiency in operating construction equipment, including skid steers, manlifts, and other machinery.
• Skilled in using power tools and hand tools effectively.
• Physical ability to regularly lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and safely operate lifts.
• Strong focus on safety protocols and practices.
• Keen attention to detail with excellent observational skills.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness and availability to travel and stay out of town as required.
