HotFoot Recruiters is partnering with a growing construction company to hire Construction Foremen supporting active semiconductor projects in Phoenix, AZ. This role will provide hands-on field leadership, coordinate daily construction activities, support crews and subcontractors, and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. Position: Construction Foreman Location: Phoenix, AZ | Onsite Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Pay: Starting at $40/hour Qualifications Previous Foreman, Lead, Superintendent, or construction field leadership experience required.Strong understanding of active construction-site operations and field coordination.Experience supervising crews, subcontractors, or multiple trades.Ability to read construction drawings and understand project requirements.Strong knowledge of jobsite safety, quality, productivity, and scheduling expectations.Semiconductor, industrial, advanced manufacturing, cleanroom, or large-scale construction experience preferred.Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working full-time onsite in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily field activities and assigned crews.Assign work and communicate daily priorities, schedules, and project expectations.Monitor workmanship, productivity, safety, and project progress.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other trades.Identify field conflicts or schedule issues and escalate them appropriately.Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.Conduct field walkthroughs and help resolve construction issues.Maintain clear communication between field crews and project leadership.
