About the role

Kastle Technologies Co., LLC (“KTECH”), an EMCOR Company, is a leading low-voltage integration services company providing preconstruction, construction, and services in markets including automotive, commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and mission critical. KTECH is one of seven Ohio-based business units under parent company Quebe Holdings, Inc.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, implement, and install assigned structured cabling projects or other assignments from Operations Managers.
  • Interface with Construction Managers, Owners, and direct customers during installation.
  • Adhere to job specifications or issue proper change orders when necessary.
  • Work with field supervision and Operations Managers to determine material release for jobs to avoid overages or shortages.
  • Develop and implement timelines and milestones to track actual versus estimated hours and materials used.
  • Document and track all change orders on individual projects until closed.
  • Schedule, direct, supervise, and communicate with the direct labor force.
  • Ensure all company assets (vehicles, test gear, tools, computers) are properly maintained and used as intended.
  • Manage labor by tasks, duration, and efficiency as outlined on the Project Labor Forecast Sheet.
  • Supervise, support, and train field personnel for future advancement within the company.
  • Adhere to and enforce company policies (dress code, cell phone use, safety, etc.).

Requirements

  • BICSI Tech Certified.
  • OSHA 30 certified.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Capable of logically and systematically troubleshooting issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work well with others.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Pay

Up to $37.25 per hour.
