Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding program including safety training and equipment certifications
• Learn EWB processes, documentation standards, and reporting expectations
• Use Procore to document project progress and submit daily reports
• Coordinate and attend required building and trade inspections
• Avoid and communicate potential job site issues before they impact schedule
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites
• Build positive working relationships with subcontractors and inspectors
• Perform hands-on carpentry, fixturing, and installation work

Requirements

• Strong carpentry and fixturing experience required
• Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, and mechanical plans
• Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Procore
• Proficient with standard carpentry tools
• Ability to operate forklift and scissor lift
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated history of working safely and adhering to safety standards
• Ability to climb ladders and roofs
• Lift a minimum of 30 pounds
• Work extended hours outdoors in various climates

Qualifications

• Successfully complete PFT Exam with Category I or II clearance

Skills

• Hands-on carpentry, fixturing, and installation work
