About the Role
Culinary Depot is seeking a hands-on Foreman to join our commercial kitchen installation team. This is not a traditional supervisory position. The Crew Lead will work alongside the crew installing equipment while taking ownership of making sure the job is completed properly and according to plan.
Responsibilities
- Install commercial kitchen equipment, including hoods, walk-ins, and other equipment.
- Uncrate, move, and set equipment in place.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Identify missing materials, discrepancies, and field issues.
- Take accurate measurements and provide actionable information to Project Management.
- Coordinate with the crew and Project Management to keep projects moving.
- Provide detailed daily progress updates.
- Take ownership of the installation through completion.
Qualifications
- Experience with commercial kitchen installation, construction, or related work.
- Ability to read technical drawings and take accurate measurements.
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and ability to take ownership in the field.
Pay
$35-$45 hourly
