About the role

If Individual Contributor:

• Sets medium-term objectives and carries out activities to achieve results.
• Has broad theoretical knowledge and extensive experience in their area of work.
• Activities require deep analysis and alignment with others inside and outside the area.
• Suggests improvements to current processes and guides/reviews the work of less experienced employees.

If Manager:

• Supervises operational activities by establishing daily objectives.
• Ensures activities are carried out in accordance with guidelines and daily objectives are met.
• Has broad theoretical knowledge and extensive experience in their area of work.
• Handles issues typically governed by guidelines and require analysis to be resolved.

Responsibilities

Individual Contributor:

• Execute specialized tasks with a high degree of expertise.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Participate in process optimization initiatives.

Manager:

• Supervise daily operations of the team and ensure task completion.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior employees.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Skills

Individual Contributor:

• Mastery of relevant tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks.

Manager:

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to evaluate team performance and implement improvements.
• Proficiency in communication and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.
