Responsibilities
- Support the collection, validation, and reconciliation of import and trade-related data from multiple sources.
- Aid in data gathering, cleansing, and analysis activities to enhance data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to acquire missing documentation and resolve data discrepancies.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving data integration, reporting processes, and operational workflows.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Contribute to ongoing data and analytics projects supporting business reporting and operational decision-making.
- Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, and data governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic business objectives.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or Python.
- Interest in supply chain, logistics, international business, or operational analytics.
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation activities.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and documentation practices.
