Foreign Partner Engagement Specialist
In this role, you’ll conduct foreign relationship management and support key leader engagements with foreign counterparts. You will communicate with senior leadership, represent the team at interagency engagements, and leverage your leadership skills to find faster, better ways for the agency to work together.
Responsibilities
- Synchronize cross-functional stakeholders, integrate inputs, and drive foreign engagement efforts from concept development to mission execution
- Work independently, meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and develop and maintain relationships across the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), and partners
- Support multinational forums
Requirements
- Experience in a Joint Staff or Combatant Command environment
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in strategic engagement, or 12+ years of experience in strategic engagement in lieu of a degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with organizational leadership
- Experience with data analysis and assessment processes
- Knowledge of the Joint targeting process
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in person and in writing
- Completion of formal Joint planning education such as a service-level Advanced Planning School or Intelligence or Operational Planning Programs

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
Schedule
This position is located in Arlington, VA.
Work model expectations:
- Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
- Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.
- Onsite: If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings to support engagement and effective communication.
