Responsibilities
- Collect, track, and analyze clearance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain dashboards, files, and process documentation used across the FCP enterprise.
- Prepare slides, reports, and briefings that explain clearance activities, bottlenecks, and risk areas.
- Support updates to procedures, guides, and user support materials.
- Affiliate with coordination with policy, IT, and helpdesk staff to ensure consistent implementation of changes.
- Schedule meetings, capture action items, and track status for FCP stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in international relations, business, public administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Required: 2–4+ years of experience in analysis, program support, policy-driven programs, or travel/clearance processes
- Desired: Experience with the Foreign Clearance Guide, APACS, or similar systems
- Desired: Exposure to mobility, operations, or international programs
- Desired: Experience supporting headquarters or program office environments
Pay
Virginia, Pay Transparency Salary range: USD $125,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr.
