Responsibilities
- Manage foreclosure files throughout the sales process while maintaining accuracy and compliance
- Verify foreclosure timelines and confirm all required legal and procedural steps have been completed
- Review financial figures, bids, fees, and costs for accuracy prior to scheduled sales
- Evaluate account activity, payment history, repayment plans, and servicing documentation
- Confirm files meet investor and servicing guidelines before moving forward with foreclosure sales
- Conduct required account research, including military status verification and related documentation
- Coordinate foreclosure postponements and update file activity as needed
- Monitor servicing platforms for sale approvals and account status changes
- Maintain organized records and ensure all tasks are completed within established deadlines
- Assist with additional projects and departmental initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in foreclosure processing, mortgage servicing, or a closely related field
- Working knowledge of the foreclosure lifecycle and associated documentation
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high-volume workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently while meeting established deadlines
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Pay & Schedule
- $24.50/hour
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Contract-to-hire with immediate start available
- No overtime expected during the contract period
