About the role
This is a full-time remote position responsible for managing fee approval processes for the Florida team. The role involves requesting, following up, and billing fee approvals, utilizing reports and client systems, interpreting new fee directives, and updating fee matrices.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert with case management systems and ensure client expectations are met.
- Work in all client systems and provide required documents.
- Locate files in the case management system and reply to client document requests.
- Examine Florida foreclosure/litigation files to determine current status.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of foreclosure knowledge.
- Familiarity with foreclosure pleadings and documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Able to adjust to a rapid pace and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Client system knowledge preferred (e.g., LPS, VendorScape, ADR, LenStar).
Skills
- Proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
