Aldridge Pite is a multi-state law firm focusing on leveraging technology for workflow synergies. We serve depository and non-depository financial institutions, including banks, credit unions, mortgage servicing concerns, institutional investors, private firms, and other commercial clients. Responsibilities
- Professionally communicate with clients via email, telephone, and various client systems to obtain information necessary to meet foreclosure requirements and timelines.
- Order and review title searches to verify lien information and other pertinent documents.
- Accurately assess file information to determine a foreclosure sale date.
- Accurately assess bid instructions and calculate bid amounts for foreclosure sales.
- Accurately report sales results to clients in a timely manner.
- Cancel and invoice files according to client instructions.
- Prepare all foreclosure notices.
- Order and review title documents.
- Prepare and record deeds and billing statements.
- Assist with other duties and special projects as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- At least two years of work experience in real estate law.
- ProLaw, LPS, Lenstar, and PACER experience highly preferred.
- Must be proficient in software tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Must provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Must identify and solve issues in a timely manner.
- Must be a team player and willing to help others in their department.
- Must be extremely organized and capable of multi-tasking.
- Must be conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management, and attendance.
- Must take initiative in face of obstacles and identify tasks to be done and take action.
- Must demonstrate commitment to Firm’s vision, mission, and core values.
- Must be analytical and detail-oriented, capable of working at a fast pace and multi-tasking.
