Position Overview

Success depends on balancing historic Houses like Parfums Christian Dior and Guerlain with newer brands like Kenzo Parfums and Fresh.
Job Responsibilities
- Accountable for forecast performance to meet objectives (Forecast Accuracy, Forecast valorization vs budget, etc.)
- Animates continuous improvement (gap to target, action plans, etc.)
- Manages Basic forecasts through model management, parameter maintenance, and sell-in/sell-out analysis
- Improves Forecast Accuracy with Retailers’ inputs
- Maintains Item Master Data (item activation, item status, end of life dates)
- Challenges business stakeholders up to Top Management Team for forecast consistency
- Trains marketing & sales newcomers on forecast deadlines and responsibilities
- Reports forecast for monthly S&OP, lead demand review sessions, and drives structured, fact-based discussions
- Participates in projects to level-up forecast performance
- Engages in benchmarking initiatives to achieve and maintain outstanding NAM performance
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Management, or related quantitative field
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Management, or a related quantitative field is a plus
- Minimum 3 to 5 years sell in forecast experience, preferably for a company that supplies goods to major US Department stores, or solid training in this area
- Strong analytical skills (Data crunch, Automation of analysis, Reporting and data synthesis, etc.)
- Strong problem-structuring skills, intellectual rigor, and ability to translate complex analytical insights into clear business recommendations
- Management of priorities in autonomy, adaptability to change, problem-solving capacity, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication & leadership skills with all departments, management levels & France
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and ease in the use of Power BI
- Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems and forecasting system (Machine learning type) is preferred
- Fluency or working knowledge of French is nice to have
