Forecasting, Budgeting & Reporting Analyst
About the Role
The Forecasting, Budgeting, & Reporting Analyst will provide centralized support within the PCS Marketing organization, delivering forecasting, budgeting, planning, reporting, and strategic decision support across Partnership business lines and enterprise-wide acquisition initiatives. This role partners closely with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Channel teams to develop acquisition forecasts, evaluate profitability, support new product launches, and enhance planning processes. Additionally, the role advances centralized PCS reporting, budgeting, campaign governance, and reporting automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial analyses related to budgets, forecasting, allocation of expenses, ad hoc analysis for business case development, and custom financial analyses.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets and statistical models for financial analysis.
- Prepare management presentations.
- Research and resolve problems and errors in data from financial reporting systems.
- Assist in the development of financial applications as needed.
- Prepare interest rate pricing and forecasting information for asset and liability management.
- Support acquisition forecasting modernization, centralized reporting, campaign approval governance, and cross-channel planning initiatives.
Financial and statistical data developed will be used by management in policy setting and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Typically five or more years of related experience.
Skills
- Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures.
- Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills.
- Thorough knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and planning.
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and analyze data.
- Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools.
A Master’s degree is preferred.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $105,400.00 - $124,000.00, based on the primary location.
