We are actively upfitting new and pre-owned Ford trucks with various performance and customization options. The role involves becoming a Ford Truck expert, specializing in customized and upfitted vehicles. The primary responsibilities include educating customers on truck features, performance upgrades, and ownership benefits, delivering a seamless, professional, and memorable sales experience, building long-term relationships with customers and the local community, and working collaboratively with leadership and teammates to achieve shared goals.

• Deliver a seamless, professional, and memorable sales experience

Requirements

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have a clean driving record
• Pass a background check
• Have a strong reputation in the community
