Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly, professionally, and courteously
- Provide knowledgeable, compelling product presentations
- Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration drives
- Possess continuous prospecting and developing new business skills
- Enter and manage customer information accurately in the CRM
- Follow the Salesperson Daily Work Plan to maintain follow-up
- Schedule daily appointments with prospective customers
- Aid customers through a transparent, customer-focused write-up process
- Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, pricing, and OEM incentives
- Participate actively in daily sales and training meetings
- Practice and refine core sales skills daily
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lot and showroom
- Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure a premium delivery experience
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Efficient typing and accurate data-entry ability
- Basic math competency
- Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and digital tools (CDK Experience is a Plus!)
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
