Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly, professionally, and courteously
  • Provide knowledgeable, compelling product presentations
  • Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration drives
  • Possess continuous prospecting and developing new business skills
  • Enter and manage customer information accurately in the CRM
  • Follow the Salesperson Daily Work Plan to maintain follow-up
  • Schedule daily appointments with prospective customers
  • Aid customers through a transparent, customer-focused write-up process
  • Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, pricing, and OEM incentives
  • Participate actively in daily sales and training meetings
  • Practice and refine core sales skills daily
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lot and showroom
  • Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure a premium delivery experience

Qualifications

  • Automotive sales experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Efficient typing and accurate data-entry ability
  • Basic math competency
  • Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and digital tools (CDK Experience is a Plus!)
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
