Job Description

Chapman Ford of Philadelphia is seeking a self-motivated automotive technician to join their growing Mobile Service business. The ideal candidate will provide light automotive services directly to customers, manage their day in the community, and travel to appointments.

• Manage day-to-day tasks including recall replacements and oil changes
• Provide customer-focused service and build trust
• Participate in top-notch training programs

• IDS, FDRS, generic scanner (optional dealer preference)
• Ability to program modules, perform DTC retrieval, and possible PID interpretation
• Physical Capabilities:
• Flexibility
• Under vehicle services
• Lifting capabilities (up to 100 pounds)
• Standing and bending repeatedly
• Working in diverse weather conditions
