About the role
The Store Manager is a full-time, in-store position responsible for running and operating a store to company standards. The position is paid on a commission structure, allowing for growth in earnings through increased sales and team motivation.
Responsibilities
- Foster a healthy, structured environment for the sales team.
- Ensure the store opens and closes daily according to standards.
- Promote and maintain excellent customer service.
- Manage daily transactions, inventory, and bank deposits.
- Maintain and guide the team to provide equal care and consideration to each customer.
- Create and manage staff schedules and store timeclocks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and presentable store to company standards.
- Communicate regularly with Operations, Sales, and Buying Teams.
- Set and maintain sales goals by tracking associates' performance, providing training, and communicating incentives and promotions.
- Understand and communicate Point-of-Sale operations to the team.
- Communicate store merchandise needs to the Buying Team to stay competitive.
- Respond to internal and external requests courteously and efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous management or supervisory experience required.
- Fashion retail sales experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Training rate of $20.00 per hour upon completion of training.
- Base pay of $150.00 per week.

Schedule
- Open 7 days a week.
- Full-time position (40+ hours per week).
- The Store Manager has the option of having Sunday & Monday as their normal days off or Sunday and one of Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
