Responsibilities
- Organise, deliver, and oversee coaching sessions for the University of Derby Football Women’s 2nd team.
- Support the development, performance, participation, and wellbeing of student athletes.
- Improve individual and team performances within BUCS and other competitive or recreational activities.
Requirements
- Experience in coaching women's football at the university level.
- Knowledge of BUCS rules and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with students and staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of coaching experience at the university level.
- First Aid and Emergency First Response certification.
Skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
