Responsibilities

  • Organise, deliver, and oversee coaching sessions for the University of Derby Football Women’s 2nd team.
  • Support the development, performance, participation, and wellbeing of student athletes.
  • Improve individual and team performances within BUCS and other competitive or recreational activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in coaching women's football at the university level.
  • Knowledge of BUCS rules and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication skills to interact with students and staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of coaching experience at the university level.
  • First Aid and Emergency First Response certification.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Schedule
