Football Coach (Assistant - PAID)

About the role

The Assistant Football Coach will support the head coach in all aspects of football operations, including game preparation, player development, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in game planning and strategy discussions
• Work closely with players to improve their skills and performance
• Manage team logistics and travel arrangements
• Attend and participate in meetings with the head coach and other staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Experience coaching high school football
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
