Foot Locker Open Interviews (September 9, 2026)

Responsibilities

• Accurately use and operate an RF scanning device
• Efficiently and accurately process orders by packing merchandise for shipment to stores and customers
• Unload merchandise for processing and load merchandise for shipment
• Process Return To Vendor, returned and liquidation items
• Safely operate all equipment within the distribution center, including order picker, swing reach truck, reach truck, and any other machines as needed
• Ensure all assigned equipment is fully operational at beginning of shift and at full capacity, including checking for damage and reporting all damages or malfunctions to supervisor immediately
• Operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights and maneuver equipment in and around tight corners, through staging areas, and around pedestrian traffic in a safe manner
• Perform routine inspections and cleaning on assigned equipment and refer any defects or needed repairs to the supervisor or maintenance team

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years and older to apply
• Experience 6+ months of previous experience in a warehouse facility preferred for Material Handler
• Experience 6+ months of previous relevant equipment operations experience preferred for Equipment Operator
• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

• Material Handler: $19.11 / hr
• Equipment Operator: $21.50 / hr
• Audtitors: $19.60 / hr
